How to Volunteer

INDIVIDUAL VOLUNTEERS        GROUP VOLUNTEERS

Winston STRONG is a VOLUNTEER organization. We depend on you! We need volunteers who are willing to help their community and fellow man in a time of trial and trouble. Volunteers are needed on many levels with many skills. We encourage you to get involved in the efforts to rebuild, reconnect, and restore the Louisville and Winston County areas devastated by the tornado of April 28, 2014.

Volunteers with Winston STRONG are required to:
  • Work in agreement with all stated goals, directives, and policies of Winston STRONG
  • Sign an Individual Release of Liability Form
  • Sign a Confidentiality Agreement to protect participants of the program
  • Complete a Medical Information Statement (In Case of Emergency)
  • If under the age of 18, complete a Parental Release and Consent Form
All Volunteers are welcomed! However, due to the nature of the projects currently being undertaken and or planned, Volunteer Groups consisting of those aged 14-18 need to have adult supervision at a ratio of at least 1 adult per 4 minor volunteers. Volunteers under the age of 14 are discouraged.
